Lisk is another sleep coin. Ever since they did their rebrand, Lisk has been under the radar. This isn't too late to get into this coin since it hasnt even shown its true potential. Lisk has the capabilities of all the other popular blockchains, but it also has a huge following in Japan. Not to mention they have an arsenal of BTC in their cold wallets for when they really need to ramp up their presence.
Lisk is such a game changing project. It's so undervalued right now it's crazy. Once the bull wakes up LSK is going to be unstoppable. They're just keeping quiet right now because it's crypto winter.
I think you can predict the price based on the previous presale, but to make a 'wind correction' (each next cycle is weaker than the previous one).
