Aion is just another "Ethereum killer" that didn't quite make it. -86% ROI and almost no significant price action throughout the year resulted in Aion being deservedly placed below Top 100. The coin is featured on many exchanges but the real trading activity happens only on Latoken, which is responsible for almost 50% of the overall trading volume of Aion. The AION/ETH pair appears to have the largest volume, which oftentimes reaches $1 million/day. The volumes on other exchanges (Binance, CoinBene) are way lower, often failing to reach $500 million. All in all, I don't think that Aion has any real prospects unless we get into another crypto craze, like the one that happened in 2018.
I remember that there were many talks about AOIN back in 2017-2018 because of its interesting Open Application Network. But then the interest has died down, in no small way due to the crypto winter. I used to trade that coin back in a day but not anymore, because it has basically fallen into oblivion. Some people are still trading AOIN on such exchanges as Bilaxy and BCEX, but there is hardly any life left in this cryptocurrency.
I have been doing some technical analysis concerning Aion lately, and nearly all technical indicators are begging to sell this coin at this instant. This week's price decrease of -19.5% might not be the end of it and Aion is likely to continue to slip downward. Therefore, if you bought this crypto just a few days ago, it would be better if you cut your losses now.
Is it just me or does it seem like all the legit projects are pumping big time? AION is such a top-tier project, and it's going bonkers right now. I've scrolled through CMC and it looks like every legit project is doing double digit pumps right now. AION is a special case since its specifically made for enterprise blockchains and private blockchains. THis means that institutional money is buying this coin right now. I've always said: follow the money. They are the ones who make the big moves, so it's always best to follow them and anticipate their movies.
Too much lately I've heard about this project. I think that this coin has still reached hype. We are waiting for further news. Better translation than jumps.
