I can see how the gaming industry is being swarmed by the low-class token projects that want to sell some silly idea only to capitalize on gullible gamers, who would do anything to earn an extra reward or some token. It doesn't mean that there are no decent platforms that bring together gaming and crypto tokens, but I strongly doubt that MobileGo belongs to this bunch. I mean, what could you possibly do with a market cap of $1,4 million?
All my friends know that I am a huge fan of in-game cryptocurrencies because of my pro-gamer past. I won't go at length here about the inevitability of mass adoption of crypto in the gaming world, but that is certainly an industry that is the most hospitable towards crypto. It saddens me to see the in-game coin such as MobileGo perform so poorly. In 2019, it had lost almost 100% of its value and, apparently, will lose even more in the coming weeks.
MGO is down 15% right now, which means that it is a ripe moment for some buying. Although I had already missed out on a bigger dip which happened three days ago. Anyway, MobileGo is a one-exchange coin. traded almost exclusively on BitForex. This means that we could be in for an artificial pump, if some whale so desires. But I am not holding MGO only for profits. I am an avid gamer, so I use it for in-game purchases and trades.
The emerging symbiosis of the gaming industry with esports is a widely marketed thing these days, but so far, none of the 'gaming' coins managed to produce at least a shadow of a successful result. MobileGo comes as a very good example of my thesis. It appears to be offering a needed solution that enables gamers to purchase digital content with MGO token. With the right execution, such tokens could open a gold mine, but MobileGO doesn't seem to cut it. The 741st rank and a minuscule trading volume speak for themselves.
It's good that the project is active, and they probably don't need to shake their interest, they seem to have a good interest, they even shook his campaign at the very beginning, but on the other hand, as far as they understood, they floated without news for a long time with the flow? It is even interesting if their activity is related to price activity now, but I think what the connection should be!
