Traders are provided with superior order execution with no dealing desk intervention, and access to a deep pool of liquidity via a wide range of platforms. FxPro is known for maintaining a client-centric approach and remains an active proponent of transparency and fair trading practices.

FxPro UK Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (registration no. 509956). FxPro Financial Services Limited is authorised and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (licence no. 078/07) and authorised by the Financial Services Board (authorisation no. 45052). FxPro Global Markets MENA Limited is authorised and regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (reference no. F003333). FxPro Global Markets Limited is authorised and regulated by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas (license no. SIA-F184).

Demo accounts are available on MT4, MT5, cTrader and FxPro Edge[2] to allow beginners to learn how to trade and enable advanced traders to test their strategies in a risk-free environment. Demo accounts are free and unlimited, available to all and can be recharged at any time.

There is no commission fee for opening and closing positions on the MT4 and MT5 platforms, with FxPro applying a small mark-up to the spread. MT4 spreads start from 0.6 pips.

cTrader clients are charged a commission fee of 45USD for every 1 million USD traded upon opening a position, and 45USD upon closing the position, when trading forex and spot metals. Spreads on cTrader start from 0 pips.

FxPro Tools is an all-in-one application designed to help traders access the markets at any time by providing real-time market information on a variety of instruments. The app is available on Android and iOS devices, Apple Watch and Apple TV, and as a browser extension for Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox and Opera. From the app, traders can access the FxPro Trader’s Dashboard and economic calendar, perform calculations using the trading calculators available, monitor the markets and set price alerts, as well as access daily market analysis straight from the FxPro Blog.

FxPro offers many other advanced trading tools, including FxPro Quant, a visual strategy builder which gives traders the opportunity to turn their strategies into trading algorithms without the use of complex coding languages. Quant won the “Best Product of the Year” award at the 2013 UK Forex Awards, and is particularly useful, since it features a user-friendly drag-and-drop interface, allowing anyone to enter the world of algorithmic trading by creating strategies for the MT4 or cTrader platforms.

FxPro also offers low latency VPS. This service is particularly useful for traders that use EAs, since VPS allows you to trade around the clock with no down time and without the need to keep your PC on.

All FxPro clients are entitled to their personal FxPro Vault/FxPro Wallet upon registration, which they can use at no cost at all.

The Vault/Wallet is a pioneering personal money and risk management tool that allows traders to deposit and withdraw funds with ease. It works as a central account, in which you deposit your funds and then make transfers to your trading accounts with a few simple clicks. In this way, client funds are readily available for trading, yet also completely protected against the impact that market movements may have on trading accounts.

For beginners, the ‘Getting Started’ page on the main FxPro website offers a useful overview of trading basics and key forex terms. The FxPro Help Centre offers a comprehensive FAQ section, as well as user guides and video guides to assist with using any FxPro product or service. Technical analysis is also available via advanced trading tools such as Trading Central, while the FxPro blog provides traders with in-depth fundamental analysis and market news. Traders can also register for regular webinars organised by FxPro, which cover all important aspects of trading.

The FxPro Customer Support is also available 24/5 to help clients with any queries that they might have. Traders can contact the Support Desk by phone, via live chat or email, or request a call back.
